Tips to grow your hair out, fast.

Updated: Sep 7, 2022

We've all done it! You see a cute, stylish short cut and decide what the heck, let's do it and then you instantly regret it. Or, even worse, you cut your own bangs and absolutely hate the look! If neither one are what you were hoping for, I've got a couple of tips for you to grow your hair out as effortlessly as possible.

Tip #1 Trims

You'll want to keep your ends healthy by keeping the split ends away so that means you'll need to trim them regularly. It's a myth that trimming your hair will make it grow, but trimming will help with the ends looking frazzled and dry. Healthy looking hair always wins over longer hair.

Tip #2 Masks and Treatments

Using a mask can moisturize and strengthen your hair which will help grow your hair quicker and healthier. In salon treatments can add the right amount of just what your hair is missing. Most stylists can customize treatments specifically for your hair needs and they are much more potent than what you can do at home. Treat yourself and hair to a mask the next time you're in the salon, your hair will feel amazing and look fabulous.

Tip #3 Healthy Diet

Eating healthy is a must for healthy hair. What you put in your body often is reflected outside your body too so a nutrient rich diet will lead to healthy hair.

Tip # 4 Vitamins

Most of us try to eat healthy but life sometimes gets in the way. To get everything you need a vitamin may be the answer. My clients who have suffered with hair loss or thinning hair have loved ViviscalPro that I carry in the salon. It's a supplement that contains a proprietary blend called AminoMar®marine complex plus a blend of vital nutrients including Biotin, Vitamin C and Apple Extract, these all promote hair growth and is 100% drug free. They are available when you're in the salon the next time.

After following these tips, hopefully you'll have longer hair in not time! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Until next time,

Tammie
